Cisco joined Técnico Partner Network this Monday, September 2. The protocol was signed by professor Arlindo Oliveira, president of Instituto Superior Técnico, and Claudia Kittredge, Senior Director of Lisbon CX Center. Miguel Almeida, the new CEO of Cisco Portugal, attended the event, as well as several Técnico faculty and researchers whose work is closely linked with CISCO’s activity.
“It is with great joy and satisfaction that we are signing this partnership between Cisco and Técnico”, said professor Arlindo Oliveira. “We look forward to a fruitful and extended cooperation between Técnico and CISCO”, he added. “These partnerships are very important to our students and allow Técnico to maintain its position as a top engineering school.”
Claudia Kittredge shared her enthusiasm and stressed the importance of this partnership for the Customer Experience (CX) Center. “One of the reasons why Cisco chose Portugal to invest was because of the talent” she highlighted. “We know that most of this talent comes from Técnico and we are familiar with your research work and your high quality teaching”, she added.
