IST Press published the 3rd edition of the book “Introdução à Álgebra”, by Rui Loja Fernandes and Manuel Ricou.

The book follows a modern and enlightened approach, and presents algebra as a multifaceted discipline with broad applications in different areas of mathematics and not merely as an academic language taught to mathematics students.
