Landing.Jobs, a startup that is part of the IST Spin-off community, has just raised two million euros in an A series (the first major investment round) from the Portuguese investment group LC Ventures, the private German investor Jacobo UG Investment and the 200M co-investment fund .

Landing.Jobs intends to reinforce the team, develop new platforms and expand to the United Kingdom and the United States markets. Back in 2015, it also raised €750 million.

The startup was founded by Pedro Oliveira, Técnico alumnus, and José Paiva. Currently, Landing.Jobs has greater focus on a topic that has been on the agenda because of the new strain of coronavirus, “remote work”. This Thursday, and in order to celebrate this investment, the company will officially open the new offices in Lisbon, at Rua Braamcamp, in the same place from which the first carnations emerged in the revolution of April 25, 1974.

Landing.Jobs was created in 2014. The tech jobs marketplace is dedicated to matching top tech professionals with job offers from top international employers. So far, the startup has already helped over 3000 people in the tech market land a job. The startup has already helped to establish “dozens” of remote work teams for companies like Sky, Daimler and Volkswagen.
