Novabase joined Técnico Partner Network this Tuesday, April 18. “It is with great joy that I am here to formalise this partnership”, said Luís Paulo Salvado, president of Novabase.

Luís Paulo Salvado, Técnico alumnus, shared with the audience the importance of this partnership that will bring companies and universities closer together. “I can tell you that our company success depends a lot on the talent of Portuguese young people. Novabase finds these talented young people in Portuguese universities, namely at Técnico”, he said.

Professor Arlindo Oliveira, president of Técnico, shared the same enthusiasm: “Our relationship with Novabase is special and this partnership was built up over time”, he noted. “This is not just a partnership with the company, but with the entire Novabase group”, he added.

Under the motto “more than systems, we design happiness”, Novabase has achieved an exponential growth in recent years, has been listed on the Euronext Lisbon and integrated PSI-20 in March. Novabase operates in the field of Energy, Financing, Government, Telecommunications and Transports. Currently it employs more than 2000 people and a “large number of them graduated at Técnico”, said Luís Paulo Salvado.
