12 Técnico professors and researchers were inducted into new career categories. The induction ceremony held this Tuesday, December 14, at Técnico – Alameda campus, was attended by the President of Técnico, professor Rogério Colaço, the Vice-president of Técnico for Administrative Management, professor Helena Ramos, the President of the Scientific Council (CC), professor Rodrigo Rodrigues and the President of the Pedagogical Council (CP), professor Teresa Peña.

“We want to do this in a more systematic way, in order to encourage you to improve your work, seeking greater visibility and international recognition of your work”, said professor Rodrigo Rodrigues.

“This is one of the most rewarding tasks as President of Técnico”, said professor Rogério Colaço. “Our professors and researchers are one of the most valuable assets of Técnico, as they fulfil our mission of training people, creating knowledge, and disseminating Science and Technology”, he stressed.
