Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) has launched the new UMIND mobile app, powered by Mindout. has been available since January 8 for the academic community. This digital tool (available on Google Play and the Apple Store) is designed to help prevent burnout, manage academic stress, and promote mental well-being. It features practical content, simple exercises, and tailored plans designed for everyday university life.
To help students achieve academic success and overall well-being, the app offers strategies for maintaining a balanced life that incorporates studies, personal life, and rest. Additionally, it allows students to perform a self-assessment of their psychological condition and, based on the results, they may be referred to the psychology services at ULisboa, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.
The app will be available free of charge for one month to ULisboa students, provided they authenticate using their institutional EDU email and original academic credentials. If academic credentials are lost, they can be recovered on the user’s portal.
For any questions or issues accessing the application, users can contact the support team directly at info@mindout.me.
