The Career Training Workshops are back for another edition and promise to be a great ally at the start of this journey.
These workshops, with the support of Fundação Santander, are led by industry professionals from companies with extensive experience in recruitment and selection processes. Each training module lasts approximately 2 hours and includes a group of 20 to 30 students. Participants will learn how to build a CV, write the best Cover Letter, improve their LinkedIn profile and develop an international career. This will also be a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights and tools that can boost career prospects.

Working and living in a foreign country—or, increasingly common, collaborating with international companies from Portugal—requires not only openness to new experiences but also knowledge and preparation for the cultural and practical challenges involved. This workshop will focus on the best practices for starting and sustaining a global career.

Entering the job market brings questions like: “What are companies looking for and offering?”, “What are the most valued skills?”, and “What are the most common recruitment channels?”. This workshop explores these and other topics, revealing current hiring trends so that future candidates can prepare and adapt their approach.
