The Pan-European Seal is a trainee programme offered by the EPO (European Patent Office) (EPO – Pan-European Seal Professional Traineeship Programme) and the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) for students and alumni of some of the biggest European universities.
Instituto Superior Técnico is one of the partner universities and invites all its students, and recent alumni, to participate in this programme and experience what it is like to work in an intellectual property office.
About the job training:
- It’s a 12-month traineeship programme offered by the EPO and the EUIPO. It’s a paid internship (around €1.000 – €2.000 month) at the EPO office in Munich or at the EUIPO in Alicante. The programme starts in September 2022.
- Multicultural work experience.

- Supervision system.
- Trainees’ Orientation Programme.
- Training courses (IP and non-IP courses; Online and In-person Language courses; Webinars, conferences and other events).
• Candidates can only be accepted if proposed by Técnico. Last year, 6 Técnico students and alumni were selected to work in different areas of the EUIPO and EPO.
• All those interested must submit registration form until 15th February 2022.
