Programme to Promote Academic Success and Reduce Higher Education Dropouts: Registration is open

This initiative aims to promote the development of knowledge and strategies that can help students adapt better to the challenges of higher education, enhancing their learning and academic performance.

The Universidade de Lisboa will offer the student community a series of workshops on transversal skills, within the scope of the “Programme to Promote Academic Success and Reduce Higher Education Dropouts”.

The in-person sessions at Instituto Superior Técnico will take place on the following dates:

  • 17 October, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Study Methods
  • 23 October, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Procrastination and Avoidance
  • 24 October, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. –Vocational Guidance
  • 19 November, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Emotional Regulation
  • 26 November, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Time Management

The workshop “SOS Assessments – Top Tips”, will take place online (Zoom), on 27 November, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. This session is aimed at students from all ULisboa Schools, upon registration.
