The ability to make effective decisions and to contribute to the decision-making process is of vital importance to any engineer and is pointed out by most top executives in organisations as the most important attribute for successful management.
This course strengthens basic conceptual knowledge and the ability to formulate and handle difficult decision situations. With the support of cases and specific software, participants will have the opportunity to learn methods that will help you improve decision-making, at personal and professional level, and face complex situations.
This course is part of the specialisation Programme in Engineering and Management, as mandatory training module.
