The ability to develop a new business model based on a product or a digital service is increasingly important for all organisations, public or private. In fact, according to Deloitte (2021), companies with greater digital maturity are more resilient and more able to cope with the rapid changes and, as a result, improve their financial performance.

This course follows a flipped classroom approach, in which trainees acquire knowledge through videos and deepen this knowledge in a practical and hands-on way, in live sessions. By the end of the course, it is expected that trainees will be able to identify the main digital competencies to consider in the digital transformation of an organisation, as well as to analyse the role of the customer experience, digital operations management and business model in the digital transformation of an organisation.

Goals
– To acquire theoretical and practical skills in the field of digital transformation, understanding their role and that of customer experience, operations management and business models, in the digital transformation of an organisation;
– To design a website prototype and mobile app to test ideas;
– To learn how to spread a new idea using videos and know how to advertise on social media;
– To learn how to analyse data in practice;
– To know and apply, in practice, the main methodologies to develop new business (Design Thinking and LeanStartup) and new products, manage teams (Agile Project Management and Remote Collaboration), and create business models (Business Model Canvas).
