Excellent engineers often develop extraordinary hard skills at university. However, soft skills are key to be competitive at work and to grow into a leadership role. The best engineering schools in the world are increasingly offer courses to develop soft skills.
The specialisation course in Relational Management is promoted by Técnico+ and coordinated by professor Mónica Oliveira and engineer Maggie João. This course is part of the specialisation programme in Engineering and Management as optional. This edition will take place in an online format, via Zoom.
