By the end of the course, trainees will be able to perform structure determination in a better way, and choose the most suitable technique or techniques to solve their challenges, in both academic or business environments.

This course follows a flipped classroom approach, in which trainees acquire knowledge through videos and deepen this knowledge in a practical and hands-on way, in synchronous sessions given by experts.

Goals
• Theoretical knowledge of each technique: Solid- and solution-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry (MS), vibrational spectroscopy (infrared and Raman) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction;
• Analysis and interpretation of information resulting from the different techniques;
• Improve knowledge of the experimental requirements and the limitations of techniques;
• Integration of information from the various techniques.
