The Digital Product Management specialisation course has been designed by CATÓLICA-LISBON, Productized and TÉCNICO+, with the aim of giving a complete overview of digital product management, through learning and practical experience of a proven framework for managing the development of innovative digital products.
Aims:
- To understand innovation and digital transformation in companies, as well as digital product development management;
- To understand the role of Product Managers in product creation and development phases, focusing on the activities involved in the beginning of the product development process;
- To apply the Design Sprint methodology, with the aim of exploring ideas that will converge into a single idea;
- To apply the Design Thinking methodology, putting an idea through concept, design, and user validation, as well as to create the specifications for the development team;
- To identify and solve real problems using market research, customer discovery and market measurement;
- To create a product launch marketing plan and define product success metrics;
- To use No-Code tools and Agile development frameworks;
- To facilitate an online innovation workshop;
- To create a convincing vision and strategy that can serve as a basis for the problem-solving team;
- To learn all about the product launch process and the key partners with whom the Product Manager will need to work with during this stage.
