The Mechanical Engineering Students’ Organisation at Instituto Superior Técnico (Fórum Mecânica) is pleased to announce the third edition of FCTalks, on the theme “How does an engineer adapt to the role of manager?”

At this event, participants will have the opportunity to hear the opinions and experiences of four managers who have taken on the role of engineer:

Diogo Jorge, CEO and Co-founder of Erising, a company that focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, promoting industrial innovation and driving Industry 4.0 forward;

Pedro Janela, President and Founder of Wygroup, a Portuguese holding company that leads a collaborative ecosystem of agencies in marketing, communication and technology, focusing on customer experience.

Jaime Jorge, CEO and Co-founder of Codacy, a platform that provides software quality automation, security analysis, unit test coverage monitoring, and engineering performance metrics;

Tiago Dias, Founder and CEO of Unlockit, a Portuguese start-up dedicated to digitising and automating real estate transactions.
