On 30th March, the Técnico library will organise an online training session, via Zoom, titled “Ethics in Science: citation and reference of scientific work“, from 17:00 to 18:30. This session is addressed to all academic community.

The aims of this training session are:

– To discuss the concept of Ethics in Science;
– To understand the relationship between Copyright, Right of Citation and plagiarism;
– To understand the importance of correctly quoting and referencing information;
– To identify the different standards of citation and bibliographic reference.

The session will be held in Portuguese.

Attendance is free.  Registration is required.  The meeting ID will be sent by email to registered participants.
