The 1st Edition of the Activity “Holiday Science Activities 2022 – Engineering and Geological Resources”, promoted by the Scientific Area of Mines and Georesources of DECIVIL, aimed to secondary school students, took place between 11 and 14 April 2022, during the period of the Easter academic break.
During these four days period, the participating students had the opportunity to learn and apply their knowledge in the area of Engineering and Resources. Geological through challenges, virtual reality activities, field trips, laboratory experimental work and the application of data science techniques.
The students were accompanied by Master’s students in Geological and Mining Engineering, PhD students in Georesources and Professors from the Scientific Area of Mines and Georesources.
