Deloitte and Técnico+ team up for specialised advanced training programme

The Programme was especially designed for Deloitte and will provide the tools and knowledge essential for Low-Code programming professionals.

The LeAD: Low-Code Application Development Specialisation Programme was recently launched and will provide the tools and knowledge essential for Low-Code programming professionals. It was especially designed for Deloitte, a company that is part of the Técnico Partner Network, which invests heavily in its Talent agenda.

“It is an honour to join Deloitte in spreading knowledge. Organisations in this area have a mission to keep up with new technologies in the most diverse areas of activity. The quality of the services provided depends, among other things, on professionals’ knowledge, therefore, investing in their training makes perfect sense”, explains the Executive Director of Técnico+, Tiago Guerra. “We want Deloitte employees to gain technical skills, so that they can respond to current and future challenges, while maintaining great customer services”, he adds.

“The mission of Deloitte is to be recognised as a benchmark of excellence, always bearing in mind our most important and valuable asset: people. In this way, our priority is to invest in our employees, which includes training and improving their knowledge and skills”, says Nuno Carvalho, Partner at Deloitte. “This Programme fulfils our mission, as it will allow us to provide our employees with excellent technical knowledge in the area of Low-Code, leading to improved quality of our services while maintaining high quality services”, he added.

Rita Noritake, current trainee of this Programme, shares “It has been great to revise and deepen some programming languages and learn new ones, and start hands-on with OutSystems”. “We have professional support that helps us to learn the right way, which is something really necessary for the development of these applications. The Programme provides trainees with the OutSystems Platform Best Practices, which is great for anyone who wants to learn and understand the basics”, she adds.
