The core business of the company, the diversity of professionals, the challenges that Navigator offers to its employees, the recruitment process and the rigour required by the multinational company were the some of the questions asked by the students who attended the Talent Search Meeting organised by The Navigator Company, this Tuesday, October 16.

The students and Navigator representatives were grouped according to their training areas – Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering – and shared their expectations in a very informal context. The main goal of this meeting was to enlighten Técnico students about the diversity of job positions and challenges that await them in the future, namely at The Navigator Company.

“In our company you will face a set of opportunities and challenges. And these challenges will make you grow and will motivate you every day” stressed engineer Miguel Soares, a Técnico alumnus. “The skills that you acquired at Técnico will contribute significantly to your versatility and will allow you to solve problems,” he added.
