Thailand’s Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai visited Técnico this Wednesday, 18th December. The Minister and his delegation met professors, researchers and learnt more about Técnico research areas and the projects developed.

The president of Técnico, professor Arlindo Oliveira, and the Vice-president for International Affairs, professor Luís Miguel Silveira, welcomed Don Pramudwinai and talked about Técnico academic reputation, the strategic areas and the importance of attracting national and international students.

Professors Arlindo Oliveira, José Santos-Victor and Paulo Oliveira shared their research projects and invited the Thailand’s Foreign Minister to visit the Institute for Systems and Robotics (ISR), where he had the opportunity to interact with the different robots and to be captivated by them.
