Several members of the Técnico community will attend the Web Summit 2023, which will take place at the Lisbon International Fair (FIL) and Altice Arena, in Parque das Nações, between 13 and 16 November.

To facilitate the meeting of alumni, start-up members, members of the Técnico Partner Network and the rest of the community, two meeting points are scheduled during the event: on the 14th November, at the Santander X exhibition stand (E389), between 2 pm and 3 pm; and on the 16th November, at the European Patent Office (EPO) exhibition stand (E388), between 3 pm and 4 pm.

The initiative serves as an invitation to the Técnico community to meet at these meeting points with members of the Técnico team. The main objectives of Técnico’s presence at the event are to identify and promote the presence of startups founded by Técnico alumni, and to promote relationships between the alumni and their alma mater. At the same time, contact will also be established with companies of the Técnico Partner Network that attend the event.

Técnico will also be present at the European Patent Office exhibition stand.

The Web Summit brings together people and companies linked to the areas of technology and innovation, including investors, researchers, CEOs and politicians. This year’s edition focuses on the topic of Artificial Intelligence.
