Técnico will change the teaching paradigm in 2021/2022 academic year in order to respond to the new emerging professional contexts, following the best international practices of engineering education.
The New Teaching Model and Pedagogical Practices will include, among other things:
• End of integrated master’s degrees and full adoption of the 3 + 2 system;
• Increasing curricular flexibility;
• Recognition of extracurricular activities;
• Training in Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASC);
• Increasing / reformulation of experimental training.
The website mepp.tecnico.ulisboa.pt is launched today, aiming to clarify details on the transition to the new teaching model. Several online information sessions will take place to clarify doubts. Please send us your questions ahead of time (by filling this form) in order to be answered during the sessions, according to the dates below.
The Pedagogical Council, the Scientific Council and the Governing Board will organise the following sessions:

• 12nd November 2020, 17:00-19:00 – Online information session for Técnico students: Live Stream.
• 16th November 2020, 17:00-19:00 – Online information session for Técnico faculty. ZOOM ID. will be sent by email.
