«The Técnico library will organise a webinar, via Zoom, on “Ethics in Science: quotation and reference of scientific work”.

The aims of this training session are:
– To discuss the concept of Ethics in Science;
– To understand the relationship between Copyright, Right of Citation and plagiarism;
– To understand the importance of correctly quoting and referencing information;
– To identify the different standards of citation and bibliographic reference;
– To understand the importance of correctly quoting and referencing information.

Although it is primarily addressed to teachers, researchers and 3rd cycle students, the webinar is open to the general public and will be held in Portuguese».
