The online registration process of students admitted at Técnico through the 1st National Call for Public Higher Education ended this Wednesday, 30th August, at 5 p.m. 1590 new students were admitted at Técnico through this Call, out of the 1631 placed students.
Técnico has 77 places available for the 2nd Call, which will take place from 28th August to 5th September. The application process takes place online, on the website of the Directorate General for Higher Education, for the following courses:

- Biological Engineering: 1
- Biomedical Engineering: 5
- Civil Engineering: 14
- Electronics Engineering: 14
- Electrical and Computer Engineering: 4

- Computer Science and Engineering (Alameda): 3
- Computer Science and Engineering (Taguspark): 1

The students admitted at Técnico through a different way will have specific registration dates. More information is available here.
Técnico will welcome all new students at the Welcome Week, from 4th to 8th September, during which students will meet their mentor and tutor (who will help them integrate into university life), attend course presentation sessions and campus visits. Throughout the week, the new students will be able to get to know the main students’ organisations, the Students’ Union (AEIST), Técnico and ULisboa’s partner banking institutions, where they can open a student bank account.
