Applications for Master’s programmes (1st call – 2024/25)

The 1st call runs from 4th to 22nd March.

Applications for the 33 master’s programmes for the 2024/25 academic year will take place in two calls and, as of this year, will also be open to students who are completing their undergraduate programme at Técnico and wish to continue their 2nd cycle studies at Técnico.

Eligible students:

• undergraduate students (1st study cycle) or a legal equivalent (a foreign undergraduate degree recognised by Técnico’s Scientific Council);
• students completing their undergraduate programme, with a minimum of 138 ECTS completed at the time of application;
• holders of a scientific or professional curriculum that attests to their ability to complete the master’s programme they are applying for.

Application period:

The 1st Call for applications runs from 4th March to 22nd March 2024 at 5 p.m. on the online application platform. The first results will be published on April 12.

All vacancies will be open in the 1st Call.

The 2nd Call will take place in June and will include the remaining vacancies from the 1st Call. The results of the 2nd Call will be announced on June 1.

Vacancy Reservation:

As soon as the results are known, students who have been placed must pre-register to reserve their allocated place, by paying a fee of €100 which will be deducted from the tuition fee of the programme they have been placed on.

Enrolment must be confirmed in September at the start of the academic year.

Students with direct access:

Following the transition to the New Teaching Model, students who have been enrolled at Técnico, in 1st cycle or integrated master’s programmes in the 2020/21 academic year or the 2019/20 academic year, but who did not enrol in the 2020/21 academic year, have direct access to the continuing master’s degree (see table).
